SMB IT Operations

Senior-level IT help on a project basis — without an enterprise services contract.

Day-to-day infrastructure, identity, endpoints, and vendor management for small and mid-sized businesses that have outgrown a part-time IT person but aren't ready (or shouldn't be paying) for a full MSP retainer. We come in, stabilize what's broken, document what's there, and leave you with systems your in-house team can actually run.

Outside hand on the rudder for IT projects that have lost focus, slipped past their original timeline, or simply need a senior PM the company can't justify hiring full-time. We run the project the way it should have been run from day one — clear scope, weekly status, named owners, real risks — and hand it back to your team at the end.
